What it does for you

  • Calls handles your cold calling end to end : a business number, an in-browser dialer, scripts that surface at the right phase, and live coaching. Nothing to install, no telephony to configure, you open the app and call.
  • During the call, the app follows the conversation : your current script shows, objections are spotted in real time and the answer is offered to you. At the end you set a disposition, and the transcript flows onto the contact's file.
  • GDPR/CNIL compliant by default : recording disclosure played automatically at the start, an opt-out for the prospect, a do-not-call list, and configurable recording retention. Your calls and your recorded meetings live in the same library.

How it works

A number, ready to dial

A business number is provided for your workspace. Nothing to set up on the telephony side : pick your number and call.

In-browser dialer

Nothing to install. Open the call page and your mic and headphones become your phone. Bluetooth-compatible.

Scripts and live objections

Define your opener scripts, your responses to recurring objections and your closing scripts. During the call the right script shows, personalized with first name and company, and detected objections are surfaced to you.

Dispositions and pipeline

After each call you set a disposition (connected, voicemail, no answer, wrong number, booked, etc.). Dispositions and transcripts flow into the CRM and your analytics.

Analytics and coaching

Your KPIs at the top (calls, contacts, bookings, talk time), funnel by disposition, hour heatmap, listen ratio, best openers, objections that block you. Coaching suggests script tweaks.

The Calls hub : unified recordings

Cold calling lives in the same hub as your recordings. A single library brings together your recorded meetings and your outbound calls. Each row carries its summary, transcript and linked contact. The Inbox next door keeps only written messages (DM, email).
