What we refuse to do
- Filter out unhappy customers. No screen asks "satisfied?" to hide the others. It skews the rating. Google forbids it.
- Generate reviews. Every review comes from a person who filled in the form.
- Publish your customer's email. It is there to reach them again, never to be shown.
- Reply on its own to a negative review. From 1 to 3 stars, the reply always waits for you.

Questions
What about Google?
Importing your Google reviews and publishing replies are ready. Google still has to open its API to Freelance OS. Meanwhile, a collection point can send your customers straight to your Google listing.
I have several sites. Do reviews get mixed up?
No. Each site shows its own reviews plus those tied to no site. A site never shows another site's reviews.
Can I change where an already printed QR code points?
Yes. The QR code carries a short link. You change the destination in Freelance OS. The printed card does not move.
