What it does for you

  • The Email Hub centralizes everything that leaves your workspace by email. You verify your domain once (DKIM + SPF + DMARC) and every email goes from jean@yourdomain.com instead of a platform address.
  • Each automated email (member invite, booking confirmation, invoice, webinar confirmation) is an editable template. You change the copy without touching code, in French and English. The recipient's language is detected automatically.
  • Campaigns run on the same outbound engine as prospecting: pick a sequence, a contact audience and launch. Open, click and reply tracking flows into Deliverability.

How it works

Senders (domains)

Verify a sending domain in one click. We store the DNS records (DKIM, SPF via MX + TXT, DMARC) for you to copy at your registrar. Once verified, your address shows, not the platform.

Editable, bilingual templates

Every platform automated email is a template. Full-screen editor with two modes: Simple (text) or HTML. FR/EN tabs. Variables {{firstName}}, {{eventName}}, etc. "Send a test" button. The logo and signature use your brand.

Email logo

Gmail and Outlook do not render SVG. You upload your logo (SVG included) and we auto-generate a PNG for emails. You can also click "Generate from main logo". Without it, the workspace name shows instead.

Campaigns

Sequences and newsletters sent to a contact audience. Reuse a sequence, filter the audience (status, source, tags) and launch. Relaunching a campaign only adds the new contacts that match.

Deliverability

Last-30-days dashboard: delivered, opened, clicked, bounces, complaints, unsubscribes. Open and bounce rates. Recent bounces list to clean your base.
