Recordings library
All your recorded calls, most recent first. Each row shows the contact or title, the source, duration and date. Search reads the summary and the transcript: you find a call by a phrase you heard, not only by a name.
- Sorted by start date, newest to oldest
- Badge when no contact is linked yet
- Search in French across summary and transcript
- For each call: AI summary, transcript, contact, rename, delete
Where your calls come from
Your meeting recordings and your Voice module calls land here. The Sources page shows each connection's status and the last sync.
Recording consent
Each recording carries a log of consent decisions: granted, denied, paused. The effective decision is always the most recent one. A recording can only be kept and processed when the latest decision is granted.
Closing scripts by objection
Seven objection types covered: price, budget, timing, decision-maker, need, trust, competitor. Each type has its trigger phrases, but the reply stays written by you, never generated. During the call the app spots the objection type from the words spoken and shows you the right script.
- Default detection included, with no pre-written reply
- Script written by you, per type, in markdown
- Keyword matching, or direct lookup by type
After the call and follow-up queue
After the call, the objections you hit are added to the contact's file, with no duplicates. A follow-up draft is prepared in parallel. You review it in the drafts queue. Nothing goes out on its own: sending stays your action, in Inbox or Email.
Desktop copilot
The desktop app shows your recent calls, upcoming meetings, open tasks, the prospect's full context, help with objections. Its copilot answers your questions without changing anything.
