App mobile
The Freelance OS iOS app. You run your day, your tasks, your calendar, your messages, your CRM, your stats and the copilot from your phone. It runs entirely on the public API.
Overview
The mobile app is the operator cockpit, built for one hand and a phone screen. Seven surfaces: Today (your day at a glance), Tasks, Calendar, Inbox, CRM, Copilot and Stats. A bottom tab bar, a side drawer to switch workspace and open the full navigation. The shell handles iOS safe areas, light/dark theme and two languages.
The mobile app goes through the same public API as any integration. What you see on your phone is exactly what your workspace holds, with no separate version.
You sign in with your usual account. Each request is checked again on the server. Depending on your role, some tabs don't appear: a setter or a closer never sees a tab they cannot open, nor an amount they are not allowed to read.
What the module does
A mobile app connected to your workspace
The app runs online at m.freelance-os.fr, inside a native iOS shell. It adapts to your iPhone screen, notch included.
Entirely on the public API
Every screen reads and writes through the Freelance OS public API: tasks, contacts, deals, interactions, Inbox replies, calendar, stats, revenue, funnel and copilot history. Nothing takes a shortcut.
- Tasks: create, edit, change status, delete
- CRM: contacts, deals, interaction log, mark a booking completed or no-show
- Inbox: reply to your 1:1 conversations
- Copilot: live answers, conversation picked up on your computer
- Stats: summary, revenue and funnel over a range picked in the URL
Seven surfaces, one tab bar
Today and Copilot are always there: every member gets a home and an assistant. The Tasks, Calendar and CRM tabs appear based on the member's rights. Inbox and Stats live in the More screen. The Today screen loads the day's agenda, priority tasks and the last 7 days of stats in one go.
Role gating, money redacted
Rights are the same as on the web. A tab a role cannot open disappears entirely. Amounts (collected revenue, MRR) only show for finance roles. A setter sees the funnel but never the revenue.
Local auth and workspace switching
You pick your active workspace right in the app. On every switch your membership is checked again: nobody can enter a workspace that isn't theirs. You can only edit your own name.
Offline and iOS packaging
Without a network, the app shows an offline page instead of a blank screen. The iOS app has been approved by Apple.
How to use it

Open your day
You launch the app on Today: the day agenda, your focus tasks, and if your role allows it, a 7-day analytics snapshot.

Move your tasks
From the Tasks tab you create, prioritize, check off and delete. Each action goes through the API and revalidates Today and Tasks.

Work your CRM
You open a contact, log an interaction, move a deal to another stage, mark a booking completed or no-show.

Reply in the inbox
You open a conversation and reply right from your phone.

Ask the copilot
The copilot answers live with your workspace context. The conversation is saved in the same place as on the web: you pick it up on your computer.

Switch workspace
From the drawer or the More screen you switch workspace; tabs and figures readjust to your permissions.
